Welcome to Zero Outfits. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of zerooutfits.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Zero Outfits (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Pakistan-based online fashion store offering ready-to-wear, unstitched and customized women’s clothing.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering or contacting us.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, shade, embroidery or texture may occur because of screen settings, lighting, photography and fabric batches. Product measurements may vary slightly. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices, discounts and offers may change at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors. If we do, we will contact you and refund any payment made.
• Sale and promotional offers are valid for a limited time and while stock lasts.

5. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch the goods.
• We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to verify your order before dispatch.
• We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unreachable customers.
• You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us. Shipped orders and customized orders in production cannot be cancelled.

6. Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and the online payment methods shown at checkout.
• Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
• We may require advance payment for customized orders or orders from areas or customers with repeated refused deliveries.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan with free shipping and no minimum order value.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days for ready-to-wear, customized and unstitched orders. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, weather, sales periods or remote locations. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
• Please provide a correct address and an active phone number. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect details.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the courier delivers the parcel to your address.

8. Customized and Unstitched Orders

• For customized stitching, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
• Customized and made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded, unless the item is defective or different from what you ordered.
• Unstitched fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed or altered cannot be exchanged or refunded.

9. Exchange and Refund

Exchanges and refunds are governed by our Exchange Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the logo, brand name, product images, designs, text, graphics and layout, belongs to Zero Outfits or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information or place fake orders
• Use the Site in a way that harms our business, systems or other users
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the Site
• Post abusive, unlawful or infringing content through our contact forms, reviews or social media pages

12. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information and how we use cookies.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and use third-party services (such as couriers, payment providers and social media). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Outfits is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government actions, internet or power failures, or public unrest.

17. Governing Law and Disputes
